Defeat the purpose of smart

It did connect to google assistant, but it turns on out of nowhere every 5-15mins so I’ll have to turn it off again and again. The connection on the app always showing poor connection somehow.

With one bulb you can have cool or warm, or high or low intensity. It's amazing, no need of dimmable switch. Just need a free app.

Not worth the money

I bought two and the second one disconnects from the WiFi every day showing "offline" every time I try to reconnect it. I don't have the packaging to return it so it's my loss as I purchase it on clearance

Nice entry into the 'Smart Home" arena.

Very easy to setup, but you will need Globe app as this bulb will not connect directly to something like Google Home/Nest. For some this may be a deal-breaker, for others it's just another app, no biggie. Having said that, the fact that there is another app has caused me some usage issues. There is a bit of a misconfiguration between my Google Nest and Globe Suite. In particular, the rules you setup in the Globe Suite do not play nice with Google Nest. So bottom line: one or the other, but not both. The better solution would be if the Globe bulb could connect to Google Nest directly.

A: Yes, the App has a single account and multiple users can log into that account to operate the lights. My wife and I both control the lights from our smartphones.
