A: This product is already pre-lit with 7-watt "night light" type bulbs..... should one burn out follow these steps: -unplug product - allow to deflate completely - locate and open zipper (bottom of unit) -plug in unit momentarily to see which lights are burnt -unplug unit -pull sting of lights out -remove plastic "globe" -remove and replace burnt light bulb. -replace plastic globe cover -close zipper plug in and enjoy!

Q: How does this work once snow starts accumulating around the base? I'm wondering how this is supposed to work when a few feet of snow start accumulating around the base, since that is where the electrical and blower appear to be. Is snow expected to be cleared or is it fine?

A: We recommend using the inflatable in normal conditions as the snow build up may cause damage to the motor. If you choose to use the item while the conditions are harsh you may want to remove the snow. There isn’t a certain temperature required to use this item, however we recommend the light not be used in harsh conditions.

Q: My lights are all at the bottom are they supposed to hang in the middle from a hook or something?

A: The lights should connect to the top of the Santa. If there is no loop inside, this item may need to be exchanged for a new one.
