A: You have to press the garrison button to lock it. To unlock it you have to punch in your code and press the Garrison button.

Q: Can multiple purchased units all be keyed the same? I'm looking to replace three lock sets and would need all keyed the same.

A: No, different units are with different key code. There are two ways to solute the problem below, 1st Solution: Find a locksmith to rekey the locks for two of three. 2nd Solution: This SKU is the digital handle-set. Customer can easily set the same pin number without using the keys.
