Cheap and broken

I used this broom about three times and the button on the dustpan got stuck. I can't straighten it now to put it away. It's also very short. I had to bend over to use it.

Dumping dust pan

I got this item as a Christmas present. Great idea-I have a pair of litter tossing cats, so clean up is a constant chore. The broom works fine, but the handle was way to short if you were expecting to use this standing more upright. I'm only 5'6" and I had to bend to sweep. After a couple of uses the button for tipping the dustpan into the garbage jammed. The only way to dump, was to tip the whole device (pole and dustpan) into the garbage. Plus the dust, crumbs etc would cling to the dustpan and you had to then use the broom to literally shove stuff into garbage. Was returned, but for myself this set did not perform as well as it should. Would not recommend.

Q: I find it hard to press the buttons and also release the tool. Does it get easier in time? Also, will it stand with the dustpan in the folded position for storing? Mine won't but I"m hoping that's because the release button jammed. Debating whether to exchange or return it.

Q: Where is the Built-in air refreshing and disinfection system

A: Please refer to attached picture for the built-in air refreshing system. Users can pull it out and put aromatherapy balls or antibiosis balls inside.

Q: Why is the handle so short? The handle for the broom (when attached) measures about 40.5" tall and the dust pan handle is even shorter at 30.5" (when attached).

A: All Lobby Brooms & Dustpans have shorter handles because of the way that they are to be used. Rather than gripping the broom with both hands the way you would typically grip a broom, the purpose of the Lobby Broom and Dustpan is to hold one in each hand, carrying them in front of you to sweep dirt or debris into the dustpan without bending over.
