Medallion is great, but the plastic support is incredibly fragile.

The chrome part of the Ram hitch cover is spectacular, but the plastic piece that fits into the hitch is incredibly fragile. I made a metal square piece to replace it, and it is much more substantial now. I had one of these before, but I backed lightly into a snowbank, the plastic fractured and I lost the medallion, so I purchased this one to replace it. My advice is to make a metal piece that fits into the hitch cavity.
