This unit is a great heater and looks really nice. It was easy to assemble, just put the 4 feet on and plug it in. It kept my open concept space (about 700 sq ft) comfortably warm during the recent extended deep freeze, and the "flames" give a really nice ambiance. The remote is handy as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Love the product however getting it delivered was a challenge and i eventually picked it up. The person who greeted me was unfriendly - telling me i parked in the wrong spot (even though the arrow pointed yo where i was parked ) … continued to berate me until the product was brought to the van … then i had to move my can - pay for parking and go downstairs to get paperwork - only to be told i had to go to customer service to find it included a shipping charge and had to speak with a 5th person to get a credit for shipping

Very nice product! Not only is it an attractive design, but it really performs two functions: (1) of course, it has an electric space heating unit, and (2) it can create a realistic image of a crackling wood fire on the inside portion (minus the sound)
