Q: I missed putting on one of the black rings on the bar between seat and legs. How do I remove the base to put it on?

Q: My chair will not recline Comfortable chair, but mine seems to be permanently locked in the upright position, when it is supposed to recline. The dial isn't working which is supposed to loosen the chair to recline. What can I do about this?
10 years agoA: Usually when push the handle inward, the chair will be locked. In contrast, the chair could recline when the handle is pulled out.
