Misleading - NOT metal hose, and NOT water saving

Very disappointed with this product. It is advertised with a metal hose, but I hardly find any metal in it. It looks like vinyl/rubber with a shiny chrome coating to mimic a metal hose. But it's hard to manage and untwist, and doesn't fall naturally even after many use. It's not very water saving neither. It claims 1.8 gpm but we ran out of hot water very very quickly. Very disappointed. AVOID!
