VS3110 replaced a much cheaper model that worked for 8 years. This odel is much nicer, has roll storage, works faster, better vacuum, good sealer. Hope this one lasts as long or longer than previous model.

Worked great while it was working. Used 5-6 times and then would NOT suck out any air. I did contact FoodSaver using their online form, all I got was 'instructions' on how to use and fix the unit. I had already tried ALL the "fixes" prior to contacting the manufacturer so this email from them was useless. I emailed back to the company, but have not heard back. If you want a large piece of expensive equipment that just sits in your cupboard taking up space, collecting dust then buy this. If you want a good vacuum sealer that works then DON'T BUY this.

No, I do not recommend this product.
