Worst knives ever!!

I've been using these every single day for a year. Got them as a gift but I've already broken 2 of them and complained to Farberware but they do not cover knives, only bakeware and cookware. I nearly beamed myself in the head with the latest break as I was chopping parsley! SUPER dangerous!!!! I'm so glad I didn't have to pay for them.

Most of the handles got separated less than 4 years and not repairable because it is welded inside! (No pin)

Not very impressive

Bought a set of these knives for use at the cottage.
In a couple of years of very light use one of the large knives has a loose handle and one of the steak knives has a defect in it's cutting edge that I can only describe as a "wrinkling" of the steel which make it resemble a wire brush more than a knife. Of course neither of these knives can now be used safely.
According to the internet warranty service requires me to mail the defective items to California!

You absolutely cannot put these in the dishwasher, but what's even more inconvenient is.... you have to drain and dry them immediately after washing them, as water will get trapped in the two piece construction of the handles. My steak knives rusted after the first use. Save your money and go for forged steel.

Not worth the price even if on sale.

We bought the knives 2 years ago. Never put in the dishwasher and the knives are stained and the handles are falling apart. Waste of money. Junk.

A: The instructions tell you not to put them in the dishwasher. They will rust if not dried right after hand washing.
