Trays don’t fit well

This is my second Excalibur. I love the product however this new dehydrator, the trays don’t fit well especially the top one. It’s really a tight struggle and I am marking up the guides every single time. This causes the food to shift and then I have to try and fix it. Very frustrating! I dread that part of the process which is too bad. It should be fun!

Works well but it's messy

I've used a Nesco Garden Master dehydrator for years. It's easy to use, and dried herbs and food well. However, I only get about 6 months use out of one before the heater head goes out. So...I thought I'd try the Excaliber. It dried faster then the Nesco. I have more space in the Excaliber. But it's messy trying to get herbs into and out of the dehydrator. I ended up buying some clean-a-sheets to line the trays with. They have helped a lot. These sheets are a must. Hopefully this thing last for, at least, the 10 years it's supposed to.

Third Excalibur Dehydrator

This is our third Excalibur dehydrator. All three are in use. The first one was purched by my mother sometine in the 1970's Just two minor repairs in that time.

très silencieux fait la job numéro 1 pour le jerky grosse fane la chaleur est répartie égale plus besoin de changer les plateau de place pour qu'il seche comme il fait. J'ai rentré 7,6 lbs de viande dedans et il restait encore la moitier d'une tablette.
