Cheaply made

The frame is very poor quality. What looks like wood is just a mac-tac type of stick-on. The corners were slightly damaged. The back mounting plate isn't centred so it doesn't hang exactly where it was meant to hang. The backing is a thin paper that easily rips. Maybe if it goes on a half price sale you would get what you pay for.

Sorry you had an issue with this mirror we produce thousands of these right here in Canada but very rarely do we have this problem. I suggest you return the mirror to the store and ask for an exchange or refund as the saw tooth to hang the mirror should be centered and there should be no damage to the frame once the corner protectors are removed.
