A: The manufacturer of the product has advised that the vibration noise you describe is not normal operation. Usually it is because the coil has become loose. This item carries a 1-year over the counter exchange, warranty for manufacturing defects, with proof of purchase.

Q: How do you get 16 VAC output instead of 8 VAC output without changing the input from 120VAC to 240VAC ? The picture does not show a switch or extra output terminals or extra wire. Do we need to add a lot of imagination to acheive the posted specs?
