Poor part quality with no replacement

Worked great until it didn’t. The lock on the filter compartment broke & a replacement part is not available. The last dirt devil I had was very similar to the vibe, but lasted much longer without issue. I’m sorry to see the quality diminish.

Don’t buy!! Reminds me a children’s toy vacuum

Very poor product - it reminds me a children’s toy vacuum!! The suction is super bad and I have to go over the same spot multiple times to be able to pick up the dirt/dust. The brushroll always gets stuff stuck in it and then it doesn’t work to where I have to cut things out of it. The wheels are SO LOUD on hardwood floors, and keep in mind that I sweep every time before I vacuum and it still is this bad. Overall, this vacuum is super cheaply made… don’t waste your money on this vacuum and go buy a better one instead.

Second one broke

My first one broke after a few years- the brush stopped turning. Bought a new one because I love the size, and 1.5 years later: same issue. Don't waste your money on this. It's garbage.

A: i was disappointed with this vacuum. not sure if it was blowing the dirt/litter more around but it seemed liked there was more dirt/litter on the floor than before and i cleaned the filter after each use. i had to return it because it completely died after 4 uses and got a cordless that was more powerful.

A: Yes, it does. What I really like is that the plug is in the handle. I can keep it plugged in and use it immediately. I have hardwood floors and tiles throughout. My husband is in a wheelchair so we get a lot of dirt in .

A: Yes, the vacuum will lay flat and goes under our bed. It's height laying flat is 13 cm (5"). The vacuum is light, very versatile and we use it more than our full vacuum.
