Faulty design that can be fixed easily

This model is known to have stuck shower button that doesn't pop up after a few months. The cause is that the spring is too weak to push the button out once the grease is gone. The solution is to replace the shower button spring (0.4mm) with a 0.5mm one. The only catch is that the shower button must be held for the shower mode to work afterwards. However, it is actually more practical this way.

Sprayer head easily gets stuck

Worked great for about 6 months but now there is an issue with the sprayer head option. It gets stuck easily on the spray option. Only way to switch back is with a tool (flat head, screwdriver or knife). Now we try to not ever use that feature in worry it will get stuck. However, even moving the shower head slightly can cause the sprayer option to engage and it’s almost unavoidable.

No, I do not recommend this product.
