A little confusing at first but makes great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine makes a great-tasting cup of coffee. Understanding how it operates was a little confusing at first. Despite following brewing directions, it would sometimes dispense hot water instead of coffee. Once I started opening up the machine to ensure the parts were in the right places before brewing, I didn’t have anymore issues. It’s easy to use and not too hard to clean.

We absolutely love this coffee machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start? We absolutely love this coffee machine! We’re huge coffee lovers with high standards when it comes to our coffee makers. This machine hits every requirement for a good brew. We love that we can use our favorite beans and don’t have to buy overpriced pods. We love the custom brew strength, beverage volume and temperature settings to ensure we each get a perfect cup. The machine is solid and brews consistently good coffee. I do wish the water tank and used grounds container were larger. But I ultimately refill and empty less than a drip pot so I can’t complain. This machine has replaced our everyday brewer and we’re very happy with it.

Best Coffee Maker Ever

I feel like I’m at a hotel or something every time I use it, it’ll grind up the beans and give you any size coffee SO quickly!!! The cleaning maintenance isn’t too bad. I don’t feel like I have to start prepping pots of coffee before having guests, because they can grab a cup in less than a minute or two!!

The design looks pretty nice and the built-in grinder is a godsend at lifesaver however, it is a little bit too loud for the price. It is kind of a lot. The water tank size could be bigger and cleaning. It is kind of a pain in the rear.
