A: The bottom is not reinforced as some similar pitchers are. I would be concerned about using this pitcher on direct heat.

You can buy cheaper stainless steel creamer jugs but figured I would buy the product designed for my magnifica evo. Jug is high quality stainless steel and works well as a creamer jug because the design is perfect for the steamer location which is always quite a cramped area. Dishwasher friendly.
