Happy with my purchase

Bought this kit to replace my old defective shower handle, this unit allows you to break it down to the valve body alone for risk free installation. I use only copper in my own house so soldered the unit in place. Once it cooled I just reassembled the unit, turned the water back on to test for leaks and was happy to o find none. So closed it all up and everything has worked brilliantly since. Very happy with the unit.

Q: I had this installed in 2019 and the faucet began constantly dripping/thin water flow about 9 months ago. Is that most likely the cartridge or valve that needs replacing? Are either covered by the lifetime warranty?

Q: Can water saver feature be removed or alterred to get better water pressure ?

Q: Why would I have to turn the valve to the strongest flow, in order to get hot/warm water? Can I not have a normal temperature and slow flow, at the same time?

Q: I have had this faucet for 4 years and in the last 2 weeks I lost the cold water and only getting hot water. Is this mean the cartridge needs to replaced? If so what is the sku number so i will not have to take it apart to find the right one.

Q: Hi. Can you change the water pressure with this valve or is it just left and right for hot and cold? thanks

A: Hello and Thank you for your question, this Valve only turns left and right for Hot and Cold, the pressure will be according to the PSI in your home, usually 60 PSI will give a 2.0 gpm from your shower head.
