The installation hardware included with the seat is ridiculously hard to figure out how to use! The simple (and lame) installation diagram included on the box is useless. Wasted far too much time searching online for better instructions on how to use it. Ended up throwing out the new hardware and using the old, common sense hardware, a simple and effective nylon screw and plastic nut from my old seat, to install the new seat. Works perfectly now. So maddening!
