[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still experimenting. Make sure your meat is almost frozen. I believe that mine wasn't cold enough to grind properly. I tried grinding a chuck steak to make my own burgers. A lot of it came out in a single pink stream, and was wrapped around the spindle part.

plastic screw nut breaks

Bought this grinder with a new stand mixer in Dec 2024. After using the grinder for only the 2nd time, the plastic screw nut broke in half and the unit is now useless!! Very disappointed!! My previous (metal) grinder outlasted the stand mixer...I had it for more than 10 years.
