The unit itself works really well, especially for what I want it for. It is a bit louder than I expected but that’s not a huge deal. Very disappointed that the one I bought definitely appears to have been used and returned - some small scratches on the outside, so residue on the inside and the advertised 10 precut bags were missing. It should have been indicated as an open box (box itself was pristine with no indication of had been previously used). I did not have the time to return and had some items that needed to be sealed immediately
