So far so good! I love that it has dials instead of any touch screen nonsense, and the plates are removable to wash. Griddler is also a solid name lol.

This product is very ergonomic with its heavy-duty removable and dual purpose plates. We super love the panini press function -- the crisp is a next-level toast. This item deserves a place on your counter.

Q: the top plate does not get as hot as bottom, is this normal? the top plate will heat up but not even close to the bottom e.g. waffles cooked on bottom raw on top. You have to flip the waffle to cook it... is it supposed to be this way? thank you neil

A: This may be a silly question but are you closing the lid? The top needs to close to cook (you can only make 4 waffles at a time). Otherwise, I have found when opened in griddle mode the top plate will not get as hot as the bottom plate but it hasn't made a big difference.

A: Oui très certainement, et c'est la principale raison de mon achat. Je cherchais un gaufrier à multiples usages afin de restreindre le nonbre d'appareil. À l'achat des plaques tu recevras un livre de recettes. Tu peux faire 4 gauffres à la fois, de 2 cm d'épaisseur. À un moment donné, j'ai oublié de mettre un corps gras et à ma grande surprise ça n'a pas collé. Les plaques se nettoient facilement et se rangent dans peu d'espace. C.est un excellent achat.

Q: I like the slanted design of George Foreman Grill, and wonder how the dripping function works on this product which is flat. My primary purpose is to grill burgers, so am particularly interested in its dripping function. Thanks!

A: Hi, The design of the plates allows grease to funnel through the grooves towards the back of the plates. There is a drip tray that captures all oil and grease. This tray is removable and dishwasher safe. Thanks
