Ok knife

Blade is a bit bulky for a short fillet knife. I prefer a little flex for filleting perch. Will probably like it more for walleye

High Quality and usability.

I picked this knife up at Walmart because i liked the way the handle felt and looked. I actually used it for processing up a deer this winter, and i loved how comfortable this knife felt in my hand and fingers. it was stiff enough to control my blade, but flexed around the boned and such without dulling as fast as most of my other knifes. resharpens nicely too. i use it in the kitchen a lot, and so does the wife, i feel like it is a lot safer knife then most my thin fillet knifes are. Will be buying more!

Love this knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping that this would be a fine cutting knife, I can't seem to find one that stays sharp. This one fits the bill. It's small enough that it fits nicely in my hand. So far the blade hasn't tarnished or rusted. And it cuts a very fine line. I highly recommend it.
