Works surprisingly great

I was skeptical cooking my meat on plastic. I had to "eat crow" because I was wrong. What I didnt know is that there is a metal weave inside that conducts the heat. Everything grills so well and more even than an open flame. The best thing is that your bbq stays clean. I will only use these from now on.
They also make bags but they are too small and leak if you use butter.

Glad you are enjoying your barbecue sheet! It's not metal weave, it's actually food grade fiber glass that transfers heat perfectly. As for the bags, they are also non-stick and keep juices and flavor so you only need a small quantity of butter or oil! Enjoy the rest of the summer!

Amazing for BBQ!!!

i bought this for camping for the bbq. used it for the first time last weekend to cook bacon and eggs. did an absolutely amazing job for sunny side up, scrambled, and over easy eggs. real easy clean up too, soap and water and a cloth took 5 min. for the bacon, had some flare up from the grease going over the edge and didn't even scorch the sheets. I have been raving about this to all my friends since, I highly recommend this for the bbq!!!
