Command strips are my go to hanging option. Avoids the use of nails and screws when possible. They can be cut lengthwise for smaller frames. The portion attached to the picture can be left in place and a new wall side attached when redecorating. Velcro both sides is much better than the older Velcro and fuzzy surface. Have rarely had damage when detaching from the wall side, most often was caused by user error with the angle pulling it off. This has been a repeat purchase for over 10 years.

Please advise staff that these do not work on wood walls. They have to be on a perfectly smooth surface such as drywall.
