It was fairly easy to set up. Be sure your ground is level and well packed. I would suggest making a frame of treated 2x6 to go under the supports. The water was tricky to get cleared up as I’m on well water.

Good pool, bad pump

Pool is good, but the pump is offensively under-powered - it’s so bad that I think whoever greenlit the decision to include that model of pump is probably a bad person. I got an intex sx2100 sand filter/pump and an intex 28000E clip on skimmer and it has made a world of difference. Also, if you don’t want to have to maintain the chlorine level all season, see if you can find a chlorinator (e.g. intex cs8110) for cheap. Highly recommend a salt water conversion if you’re lazy, like me.
