Fantastic sharpener - Worth every penny!

I have had one of these sharpeners for 20 years and it still works great! I sharpen my kitchen knives a couple of times a year with it and they are always sharp as razors. I liked it so much that I also bought model 316 (for sharpening Asian knives.) I highly recommend this product.

I have been using one for years on all of my knives and I love it. It’s easy to use and creates an edge that you could shave with! Will buy another one if this machine ever wears out!

After three months it essentially stopped working. Passing a knife through all three stages multiple times, its still so blunt i can draw the knife across my palm with no danger of cutting myself. What a complete waste of money. I'd suggest getting a cat instead and have it lick your knives sharp - It'll be about as effective, but at least you'll have the company of a pet.

A: No, it sharpens both side. Scissors are. Single sided sharpening.
