I don't like the function

Poor design as it can only control single garage. So I have to buy two keypads to be able to control another door. It doesn't deserve for the price. Also, it can not use app to open/close garage. Doesn't meet my needs

Well this is a great but But. after -20 it stops working. it pairs nicely but the wifi signal is not great for picking up even a newer wifi signals, but over all its a good compliment to round out my MY Q devices. if it was maybe inside a area where it did not allow the weather to get very cold it would be great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This garage door opener is great. Video is clear and I already had the My Q app so it was a breeze to install. Now maybe I can figure out who is knocking and running from my door!

Good product but disappointed

I bought 3 of these to replace older door openers. Great product and easy to install. Disappointed that they don’t have the ability to record to an SD card. The monthly plans to store are too expensive and not affordable. So I’m sticking with with seconds of live recording. I will have to replace these with a SD card product down the road.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hello Harry. The myQ Video Keypad Battery supplies Nominal Voltage: 3.7V and Limited Charge Voltage: 4.2V.

A: The myQ Video Keypad is compatible with both WIFI enabled Chamberlain or LiftMaster garage door openers and non-Chamberlain-produced garage door openers that use the myQ Smart Garage Control. Once the Video Keypad is successfully installed it will communicate with the myQ hub via myQ to open and close your garage door.
