CatchMaster Vs Raid

The traps seem just as sticky as Raid traps that I've bought in the past. But they dont seem to attract Pantry Moths nearly as well. So that leaves me to assume that the moth pheromones applied to the CathchMaster's small square paper bait/attractant trap lures isn't nearly as effective as those used in Raid traps.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Excellent product for controlling pantry moths! First time I set one up, I caught a moth before I'd even completed placing it. Easily catch 40+ moths in these traps. Scent bait seems to continue working over a month. (Note: make sure you know the type of moth your controlling as these traps are species specific)

I bought three of these from two different stores. The first box was amazing. Even as I was setting it up, I had to move outside because the moths were coming around already. It successfully caught about 20 male moths. I bought two more boxes, so we have 12 traps in total set up. The gypsy moths are swarming around them continuously. The second two did not have as potent of a pheromone sample, but have each caught 7-10 moths.

Q: How many traps are supposed to be in the package? In the top right corner of the box it says 4 traps but at the bottom it says it has 2 traps. It has 4 glue cards but only 2 pieces of bait. What is supposed to be in the box?

Q: How many traps are in this package? In the photo, the top of package reads ‘4 traps’ yet at the bottom of the package its reads ‘2 disposable, ready to use traps’. Which is it?

A: Hello and thank you for your inquiry. It is safe for use around pets but if they do happen to step on the trap or glue board, it is recommended to use baby oil or mineral oil to remove the trap and glue residue.
