The Cap Barbell Double Landmine, For 2-in & 1-in, is the perfect addition to your home gym, providing a range of exercise opportunities. It brings versatility for multiple workouts engaging major muscle groups and can also be used to target specific muscles such as shoulders, chest, arms, core/abs, and legs. The heavy gauge 3 gauge steel construction gives added peace of mind and protection for your equipment. The platform features full 360-degree swivel technology and is also easy to install. Simply attach to a 2 or 2.5 inches rack or bench, and mount to the floor or wall (screws are not included). It conveniently fits 1-inch standard and 2-inch Olympic bars. The recommended maximum weight capacity is 300 lbs. The package includes two tightening knobs to provide secure and sturdy use.
The Cap Barbell Double Landmine is suitable for most 1-inch (2.5 cm) standard bars or 2 inches (5 cm) Olympic bars
