Disgusting and defective

In little over a year this futon caved in the middle and the rest feels, as many have described it, like sitting and sleeping on bricks. The coils stick up into your butt and your back! We were looking everywhere for a decently priced futon and decided on this but truly the worst purchase we made. And we cannot return. These things should have a longer warranty!!! If I could give no stars I would!

Tips easily

This futon/couch is very dangerous to have around children. If you sit on it the wrong way it tips very easily. It is also extremely uncomfortable to sit and sleep on. You can feel all the springs. And if you sleep on it the wrong way it also tips. I will be demaning a refund.

Perfect window seat!

I bought this for my siberian husky for a window seat, when it went on sale, as she and her brother "un-gently" used their window chair and its too ratty to keep...lol I like the fact you can lift one side or other or both to make a back for a couch. I just leave it flat as its more suitable for her.
