just a few things missing

To make this the perfect tree, they needed to add the option of colour or white and a twinkling function. With these additions this tree would be perfect, even the snow does not fall off, the shape is perfect, light style is great. Please make the perfect tree by adding these additions. thank you

The tree looks great and easy to assemble. But if never order online again, what a gong show...after paying for delivery...I had to track down the wrong address that it was delivered to and go and get it myself.

Q: Do you have to assemble this tree? Like do I have to put every branch on? Or is it all attached and comes out of the box like that and I just have to shape it?

A: Comes in two pieces with lots of warm white lights all attached. I added pine cones to give it another realistic look. I absolutely love the frosted look. What I did find was different from my past artificial tree, was the boughs tend to bend down so decorations slide off unless they are well hooked. Takes a little longer to decorate.

Q: The lights turn off every few hours. Is there a way of stopping that?

A: I found the following information for this tree on the NOMA page (USA) : Default Timer function : lights stay ON for 8 hours and then turn OFF for 16 hours. Timer function will restart when any control button is pressed or main power supply to the lights is reconnected. I think it makes sens :)
