Only emits light on one side

It looks great on the tree. Note: it only emits light on one side of the star. I have a rotating tree stand so not an not optimal effect.

Well. Its simple and cute but runs off batteries. The first time we turned it on so bright. After that super dull can barely tell its on. Disappointed

Wish there was a plug
a year ago
As others have said I wish there was a plug to automate time with the rest of the tree with smart plugs. After I read the review that the batteries die quickly I turned off the lighting for every day use. Only opting turning it on for special occasions. I wish the lighting was also more warm to match the lighting on my tree it’s more of a stark white. Attached some reference photos on my 7ft Christmas tree lit up and turned off with rechargeable batteries which is less bright than using non rechargeable. I might later attach a plush of my fav character in the middle of the star or diy and add a sparkly border to zhuzh it up when it’s not lit up. Only the front LED is lit so you can still take advantage of the sides of the star to decorate. Still would recommend if you got a significant discount on sale but wouldn’t recommend at full price.
