I ordered online as this was no longer available at my local Canadian tire store. Unfortunately, what arrived was a lazy Susan instead of the tree collar. When I went to return this item to my local Canadian tire store, I was told that it was shipped from a very different Canadian tire store and that it was their mistake and that I would have to go to that store to return it. Now that store Is not convenient To me. It was only when I tried to return the item that I was told that each Canadian tire store is separately owned, and they will not take responsibility for someone else’s mistake. I will no longer ever order online from Canadian tire.

A: You get the entire collar for that price. I believe it comes in three pieces.
