Assaulted and humiliated by staff

After purchasing the carpet at one teller, I walked out the door and had it ripped from my hands and was spun around and almost knocked over by another teller saying I hadn’t paid. After being humiliated in front of everyone, security showed up with the manager, and they reviewed my receipt confirming that I had paid. Oh. Sorry is all I got.
