[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am excited to plant my flower and plants in this 53.05 Quart planter by Allen and Roth. The design is classic and it has great features. I really appreciate the company’s environmentally friendly design. Each planter is made from Recycled Tires. It has an interior water reserve to help keep your plants hydrated and is weather resistant. I highly recommend this planter for it’s function and design!

Q: How do you fill the self watering reservoir. Can't figure it out.

A: You can only water the plants at the top, any excess water will drain by itself into the reservoir so the soil doesn't become over saturated. Excess water collected in the reservoir will be absorbed later when the soil dries.

A: Hello, our self-watering planter are designed to minimize water losses through seepage or evaporation. Reservoir holds ample water, turning watering your plants into occasional task. Wicking basket water plant as needed to prevent water stagnation and root rot. Overflow valve prevents over watering and removable drain allows indoor and outdoor use. Thank you.
