    A useful product but didn't operate as advertised

    The ball on this device didn't turn as advertised to reduce wear on the awning. The ball only turned reluctantly. However, the ball rubbing on the awning was much less damaging to the awning than was the edge of the door. So the device did accomplish its purpose. The nylon wheel that was included, wasn't required on my truck camper because the screen door didn't rub on the awning. Maybe it would be required for other applications.
