Unusable - dried out and rotten

I ordered these garlic bulbs online for pick-up in-store. When I picked them up, the skins seemed loose but I didn't think much of it at the time. When I went to plant them, I realized all of the cloves had dried out and many were rotted and giving off blue mold spores. I definitely wouldn't have picked out rotten ones for myself, but trusted the staff to select a quality package for me. Very disappointed. Plus, online it doesn't say how many bulbs are in the package, and it turns out there are only two bulbs.

No, I do not recommend this product.
