Blooming Great memories

Such hope for big blooms, maybe even for Christmas. My mom always had Amaryllis. It has been years since I could host Amaryllis of my own. This year, wonderful things are coming to my Winnipeg home with more memories of my mother.

I absolutely LOVE Amarylis. Normally I will buy 3 of them around this time of year. I only bought one this year as they have really gone up in price. It is planted (4 days ago) and I can already see that it is sending up a shoot.
