Hands Down Best Canadian Tire in the region, worth the drive from Barrie

The service at the Orillia store is outstanding. Shout out to Brandon who took care of everything. He showed me their advacned tire mounting machine, the wheel is never touched throughout the whole process and it made mounting a low profile tire with ease.Anyone who has low profile tires and expensive rims, this is this place to go. I had a low profile P7 destoyed by a pothole, Brandon found a replacement easily even though they are out of season right now. When I came to pickup they the tire it looked brand new, Brandon had polished out the road rash and made sure the integrity of the wheel had not compromised. Even their wheel balancing machine is the newest technology ensuring a perfect balance for my summer tires.

These tires are good in cold weather, gripping the road well. They are strong in light and deeper snow. It was hard to get them to break free in snow, except when going fast in turns. I didn't try much ice, but they did well on packed snow.These tires are relatively quiet and smooth -- I didn't really notice they were winter tires when driving normally on dry roads. They do feel a little sloppier than my summer tires when turning with some speed. (These were narrower and taller than my summer tires, which explains these differences too.)I would highly recommend them for general winter driving in cold/dry and snowy conditions.
