Q: Got this charger yesterday. It seems good, but how do you know when it is on or off? Plus, the instructions don't say anything about having a torch/flashlight in it. Don't even see how that would work

A: Hi Jeff, We have upgraded the product with a better design but did not update the product features in the description yet. This will be done as soon as possible to mitigate future confusions. The built-in LED torch was removed; When you turn on the power bank, the blue LED light turns on and the power bank can power off automatically after around 30 seconds if nothing is charging, then the blue LED light turns off. You do not need to turn off the power bank manually.

Q: I purchased a blue hive Power Bank, 5300 mAh for my iphone 6 s. It says compatible with most smartphones but the micro charging cable does not fit in my phone. Can I just plug my charging cord into the power bank?
