Another Bluehive product: danger

I bought this a year ago for a trip I was going on. It worked well enough when it recognized a device was plugged in. I have tried several Bluehive battery banks and this is the third I have owned to expose it's spicy pillows! it's is fire hazard and it concerns me knowing I may still have others in my house somewhere. Check the photo. This thing looked normal just two days ago.

Charged it up after purchasing, maxed out at 88%, used it twice to top up my phone battery while camping bringing it down to 50%. A few hours later with no cables connected, it reads 0% and does not charge at all. Now left with a paperweight. Complete waste of money.

Broke after first use.

It worked fine the two times I was able to use it. Purchased this in August 2024, charged it to 100%, used it once and the ports no longer line up with the holes in the case. I brought it with me on two trips into work so perhaps it will be OK if you plan on gently ducktaping to a stationary desk or table. Not suitable for taking with you in a bus or car.
