Maybe I didn't give this product a chance, but I was very frustrated when I simply wanted to blend cooked cauliflower. I found the blender did not pull the food in towards the blade so was having difficulty in blending a soft food. At this time, I simply cleaned the unit, re-boxed it and took it back to the store. My next purchase focused on the type of blade.
