I bought this this morning. Got it home and unpacked it and immediately noticed, like most things these days, the plastic seems cheaply made and looks like it would break easy. For the price, I was not surprised but thought I'd give it a try anyways. The first thing I noticed was i had to spend more time blending the ingredients as it seems to struggle. Then I heard the noise as the machine was sooo loud and squeeled while working. I sadly returned it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: When processing more liquid based ingredients, does this food processor have a good seal? My last BD food processor would spew liquid out of the joint where the lid and the main container meet when I was processing more liquid based ingredients.

A: I made mayonnaise today and liquid was coming out from the side.. there seem to be missing a seal on the cap.. there is a rail that seems to be exactly for that purpose, I first thought that I forgot to place it on but I did not find anything.. I'll make one myself but too bad it is not something that is given by default.

Q: Does this have a grinder as an attachment blade? I mean can this grind dry spices or nuts like cinnamon / black pepper / almonds etc.

A: Thank you for your question, Megha. This food processor comes included with a large and small chopping blade, and a reversible slicing/shredding disc. A grinding blade is currently unavailable for this model.

For products that specifically claim to be BPA-Free, the plastics and resin that comes into direct contact with food and beverage are made of Polypropylene material, silicone or other plastic materials, all of which are BPA free. Other parts of the product which do not come into contact with food or beverage may contain BPA in some of the plastics and resins that are used. For products that do not claim to be BPA-Free, we have insufficient information to support a BPA-Free claim at this time.

Q: What is the Black and Decker model number?

A: I found my own answer to this question. The model number is FP3300SKT. This item is also exclusive to Canadian Tire and you won't find it anywhere else. At the time I answered this question you were not able to find anything on the internet for this food processor. It just didn't exist. I'm guessing that it is a new product for Canadian Tire.
