Does NOT work for pet hair in my car

This does NOT work for pet hair in my car. I bought this specifically for that tasks and it simply does not work when I tried to have it remove hair from the carpeted floor. I would estimate that it removed 5-10% of the hair. Th vast majority remained.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Does the head have a spin brush sort of thing or is it more like a swiffer idea that attracts the fur and pulls it? Hard to describe what I mean so hopefully someone understands lol.

A: It comes with different tools, put the main one has both the spinning brush thing and a strip of the material that hair clings to. I love mine.

Q: Mine was accidentally left unplugged for several days and now won’t charge. It won’t even work when plugged in. Do I have to go through Bissell or can I take it back to the store?

A: Something is definitely wrong. The fact that it was left unplugged for some days should not affect the unit. The fact that the unit was left unplugged should not affect the unit.Before you go to the store please check that you have power at the electrical outlet you are using. The breaker may be off. If there is power then the unit is defective. I would try to return it to the store.which is the best option. Failing that, you will have to contact bissel.and hopefully they will respond to your problem.

A: Works well on stairs, as long as the red rubber piece is still attached to the power head. It came off after a few months, I didn’t replace it.
