The lightest of the crosswaves

I’m extremely pleased. And I love the fact this machine can also clean itself out. I find it more efficient and less heavy labour intensive than manual flour cleaning methods. I have mobility issues which have made it difficult to keep my home the way I’d like it. This model is lighter than the other bissel crosswave models making it perfect for me. Love it so much I bought another for the cabin. Yes, I have three small dogs and two big cats. I give the floor a quick sweep to collect the hair before washing the floors. I also LOVE the fact that this machine sucks its own water up!! The cabin has low quality laminate so I do run a dry microfiber over the floors simply because the floors are showing signs of the obvious forest humidity. I highly recommend this product. PS I was skeptical of the cleaning cycle but wow!! Way less work than I expected. And yes, I leave everything out to dry. What did I used to use? A manual microfiber. One pad to wash and one to dry as I went. The pressure needed to get the clean I wanted became my issue with my mobility change. This beautiful machine is my answer

Gonna take it back

I don't believe this machine functions properly. The instructions seem lacking - doesn't even say what happens when the clean cycle ends. It just stops doing anything and the light on the clean button lights solid instead of flashing. But the clean water tank still has lots in it. The book said to leave the floor wet for 5 minutes before removing liquid. I didn't see any way to make it apply or suck. Seems to do both all the time. After I did a couple 6X10 sections, it suddenly made a popping noise and it sounded like a suction hose came off. Then it put down a lot of water including some dirty puddles. I turned it off and restarted and it did ok for a couple minutes then repeated the sound and excess water. The clean water tank holds about 26 ounces including 4 ounces of soap. It doesn't go as fast as I thought it would. Overall not any better or faster then my mop and bucket, IMO.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I Would NOT Recommend

I may be the only person who hates this Vacuum with a passion. Let me count the ways. You can't use attachments, therefore you cannot get into the nooks and crannies. The filter is tiny so it needs cleaned or replaced more frequently than my other vacuum. I was just trying to vacuum an area rug and I could not even push the vacuum, I'm assuming it might need a new filter. You have to check the hose frequently for clogs because if not and you mop, when you finish you'll realize there's no water in the catch container. So in essence you just mopped your floor with dirty water. It also sometimes leave little dirt spots on the floor. Which you would think would come right up, but they're still on my floor. Honestly, I don't even use the mop anymore. It's too much of a hassle. I will be replacing the vacuum with something better.
