Fabulous purchase for a reliable boat choice!

I am so happy I bought this inflatable boat.its perfect for both adults and kids . It can literally be jumped into by a child while the seated adult remains untipped and unthreatened to upturning. My grandchildren ages 9 and 7 loved this boat for its sturdiness and strength.it easily supports an adult and 2 children or 2 adults and 1-2 kids . It is roomy and comfortable and most importantly reliable . So many of previously purchased inflatable have either burst or lost air slowly , but not this one.
My only problem with this boat was the oars because I could not quite get the hang of using them

A nice inflatable rowboat/raft

As with most Cdn Tire products, this has great value when purchased on sale (i got mine for $90).
I used it a handful of times so far over a weekend just to row around a lake we were staying at. Out of the box it didn't have any leaks (however, I did need to reinflate it a few times as the fabric stretched which is normal). The boat itself is fairly sturdy. The cars are adequate but the rubber attachment to keep the oar in place is almost useless. I ended up rolling a rubber band to where I wanted the rubber oar lock to stay and it worked great. The pump provided works really well, just make sure all parts of the pump/hose are hand tight before you use to ensure optimal operation of the pump. one review said it doesn't come with a patch but it does, however, Cdn Tire has a wide array of patch and sealant kits for inflatables.
If I do have any negatives other than the oars, there is an ability to attach a motor mount, however, Cdn Tire does not sell this attachment and it seems hard to find online.
I am alittle surprised with the sub 4 star rating it has but if you want a nice little inflatable rowboat/raft, this could be a great deal. The long term durability/reliability remains to be seen, but as of now, 5 stars.

the boat itself is okay not too bad it’s comfortable and comes with a handy bag to zip it up to store away or travel with also comes with pump but don’t recommend using that it takes so long and hurts ur arms, but the thing it comes to paddle with sucks it hurts my arms it’s not built correctly and there’s two different ones i wish it was only one that has a paddle on each side that would make it much easier to paddle and row the boat

A: A small hook will not pop it. This is a pretty tough vinyl type plastic. Canadian Tire sells another more flimsy inflatable boat that a hook might puncture, but that is not this one.

A: Thank you for your interest in the Bestway Hydroforce Voyager 300 Inflatable boat. You can use any standard HAND air pump, such as teh Canadian Tire pump number 076-5582. Never use High Pressure air to inflate. This can damage your product and voice your warranty. An inflation scale is provided with the product. Inflate the product until the printed scale is charged up to the same level as that of the supplied scale. Inflate the bottom chamber and other accessories such as seat until it is stiff to the touch but NOT hard.

Q: I bought this boat and i just now inflated it as a test before taking it on the water. it does not come with seat cushions although the description refers to that. Can I use it without seat cushions?

A: Thank you for your interest in the Hydroforce Voyager 300 Inflatable boat. It appears the images and description on the website are for the wrong boat. The Hhydrofoce 300 does not have cushions. We will correct this on the site. And yes, enjoy your boat without cushions.
