Moldy Barbie and Poor Customer Service

2 stars because the lights last a long time and the Barbie is beautiful. However, she got moldy. We followed care instructions. I have been emailing Mattel and they are horrible to work with. They will not just answer me when I ask what else I can do to prevent mold and if I ended up with a dud Barbie and if it likely to happen again.

My daughter loves this Barbie, but it’s supposed to glow when it goes in water and it doesn’t. The only way to make it light up is by pressing the button. Still a great doll for the bath!
