Size not compatible to child

I bought 3 happy nappers and was a bit disappointed in the size for children under 8. 2 of my products seen to be too small for their sizes. These are good for children under the age of 4, otherwise we need adult sizes. These will all end up in a couple of months to the children 4 years old and under.
