Will leak in 2 weeks and they won’t refund u they will just want to keep exchanging

exchanged it once cause it started leaking a few weeks later. Then after the second one also started to leak we were done with the product and wanted a refund However the new return policy for the store will only refund if it’s unopened and unused. how was i supposed to know the product was defective if i hadn’t opened it. shady return policy. The employee said we can just keep exchanging it so every two weeks when it breaks bring it back. Don’t buy anything that may be defective from this place

Q: Does the led light turns off if needed?

  • A: I tried to turn the led off and I couldn't...but you can set a dim color...or have it in fade mode using different colors..looks amazing everyone loves it when they see it.
